This legal notice (hereinafter, the “Legal Notice”) regulates the use of the service of the current portal (hereinafter, the “Portal”) of the City Council.
Likewise, the use of the Portal is also subject to all notices, regulations of use and instructions made known to the User by the City Council that replace, complete and/or modify this Legal Notice. In general, relations between the City Council and the Users of its telematic services, present on the Portal, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction. For any litigious matter, both parties, the City Council and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Seville (Spain).
The User is informed and accepts that access to this Website does not in any way imply the start of a contractual relationship with the City Council. The institution reserves the right to make unannounced changes it deems appropriate in its Portal, and may change, delete or add content and services provided through the same as well as the way in which they are presented or located on its servers. The use of the Portal confers the condition of Portal user (hereinafter, the “User”) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice in the version published by the City Council at the time the User accesses the Portal. Consequently, the User must read this Legal Notice carefully each time he/she intends to use the Portal, as it may undergo modifications.
The intellectual property rights of the content of the web pages, their graphic design and codes are the property of the City Council and, therefore, their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other activity that may be carried out with the content of its web pages is prohibited, not even quoting the sources, except with the written consent of the City Council.
The City Council declines all liability arising from the exchange of information between Users through its Web pages or the forum services to which it provides support and hosting. The responsibility for the statements disseminated in any of these locations corresponds to those who make them.
