Accommodates from 1 to 6 people. Two double bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a small shower room divided into 2, one with WC and shower tray of 70 cm, and the other with a small sink, cabinet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped (two ring vitro hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge), TV and heating in all rooms.
Casa Leo is a rural flat resulting from the restoration of the ground floor of a house dating from 1750. Due to the width of its walls it is a cool house in summer and warm in winter. It has two double rooms with television. It has a fully equipped kitchen-dining room and bathroom with shower and brand new hot water. It is in the centre of Alanís, close to bars and shops.
It is in the heart of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla Natural Park. Ten minutes from all the trails that start from the village, for those who practice hiking or mountain biking. It is an area of worn mountain range, olive grove, holm oak grove, cork oak grove? As it is a hunting area, with abundant hunting grounds for thrush, pigeon, turtle dove, partridge, rabbit, the house is ideal to accommodate hunters in full season. For those who want to visit the local festivities (Feria, Romería, Jornadas Medievales…).
Casa Leo also has a privileged location. We offer you the possibility of hiring a guide on foot or by bike to visit the surrounding area, places that you would not be able to reach without the help of a guide, and also to visit other villages in the region by road and 4×4. In September and October we take you to see the “Berrea del Ciervo” in the Sierras de Onza… and other typical activities of this area: mushrooms, asparagus…
