This is a 2-hour walk of low difficulty and only 7 km long, and the starting point is past the Parque de la Alameda, where the street market is held in Alanís, looking for the Camino de Malcocinado. We cross the road that joins Alanís with Fuenteobejuna (A-447) and follow the Camino de Malcocinado until we cross a gate, which we close as we pass through, where we take the cattle track of El Cordel de los Carros or El Robledo. Cross a gate again and follow the path, which turns to the right until you reach the Fuenteobejuna road again.
Cross the road and continue along it for about 1 kilometre to enter a holm oak grove. The path takes you to the Arroyo de San Pedro area, the end of the route. The return journey can be made along the same path or along the La Vereda de Las Navas de la Concepción cattle track.
